In Bangladesh, buying and selling YouTube channels, Facebook pages, or gaming accounts via Facebook groups or WhatsApp is fraught with fraud. In most direct peer-to-peer deals, sellers block buyers immediately after receiving bKash/Nagad payments, or scammers send photoshopped payment screenshots to steal account passwords in advance. • The buyer gets 72 full hours to inspect every detail in peace. Payout is released to the seller only after the buyer confirms complete satisfaction.

Under Google's official security architecture, changing Primary Ownership of a YouTube Brand Account requires a mandatory 7-day (7 x 24 hours) cooldown period. To ensure safety during this window:

• Owner Invitation: Once the deal is funded, the seller sends an 'Owner' invitation to the buyer's specified Gmail, and the buyer accepts it.
• Master Gmail Delivery: The original Gmail account created for the channel must have its Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), recovery phone number, and recovery email updated directly to the buyer's credentials.
• AdSense Connection: If the channel is monetized, AdSense balance, country configuration, and address PIN verification details must be transparently disclosed. The buyer may also request linking their own approved AdSense.
• Zero Strike Guarantee: The channel must be completely free of undisclosed copyright strikes, community guideline warnings, or reused content flags. Any hidden defects found within 72 hours invalidate the trade immediately.

When transferring Facebook pages, hidden ownership links inside Meta Business Suite / Business Manager frequently cause disputes. To prevent this, sellers must adhere to these steps:

• Assign Full Control (Admin Access) directly to the buyer's personal Facebook profile from Page Settings.
• Once the buyer accepts admin access, the seller must remove all of their personal profiles and team members from the page roles.
• If the page is connected to a Meta Business Manager, the seller must completely unlink the page or transfer full ownership of the Business Manager to the buyer. Leaving hidden partner backdoors is strictly prohibited.

Gaming IDs are typically bound to Google, Facebook, Twitter (X), or VK accounts. In gaming handovers, the seller is bound by strict obligations:

• Hand over the full login password and complete recovery credentials for the primary account bound to the game ID.
• Maintaining any secondary social binds (e.g., selling via Facebook while keeping a personal Google login active) is considered criminal fraud.
• The seller must ensure complete logout from all personal devices (phones/emulators) and guarantee that no third-party cheats, hacks, or modified config files were used.

The moment the seller provides login credentials, an automated 72-hour countdown timer begins. During this 72-hour window, the buyer must verify:

• Organic Audience Audit: Check whether subscribers and followers are genuine or inflated via fake bots. Confirm engagement ratios match advertised metrics.
• Monetization & Revenue Proof: Verify that reported monthly earnings match real lifetime numbers in the YouTube Studio Revenue tab.
• Security Audit: Add your own phone number, recovery email, and 2-step backup codes to account security settings.

Our refund framework is transparent and evidence-based:

Recovering an account using creation credentials or personal IDs days, weeks, or months after a completed sale is called a 'pullback'. Under Bangladesh law, this is not a civil misunderstanding—it is premeditated theft and breach of trust.

Prior to listing assets, every seller's National ID (NID / Smart Card) and mobile banking identity are verified. If a seller attempts an account pullback:

• All pending seller balances across Khoj Ghor are immediately seized to compensate the buyer.
• The seller is permanently banned, and their NID, phone number, and social profiles are blacklisted across cyber trust directories in Bangladesh.
• Khoj Ghor's legal department files formal criminal complaints with the CID Cyber Police, Counter Terrorism Cyber Unit, and local police stations under the ICT Act 2006 and Penal Code Section 420.

Khoj Ghor is committed to protecting your personal information. We practice strict data minimization:

• Information Collected: We only collect data necessary to complete orders securely: username, WhatsApp contact number, payment Transaction ID (TrxID), and NID documents for sellers.
• Public Privacy: Personal phone numbers and addresses are never displayed publicly on marketplace listings. They are only utilized in secure private deal rooms.
• Credential Security: Login credentials and OTPs shared in deal rooms are encrypted and restricted to the buyer, seller, and authorized compliance admins.
• Zero Third-Party Sharing: We never sell customer records to marketing agencies, advertising brokers, or spammers.

Disputes at Khoj Ghor are evaluated by real compliance officers rather than automated bots. When a dispute is filed, our officers review access logs, screenshots, chat history, and payment messages. Most disputes are resolved within 2 to 24 hours.
